12 Min Butt Workout

For those girls who don't have time to workout here's a 12 minute butt workout. Very simple, you just need an exercise ball and a positive attitude. You can do it indoors or outdoors. Brooke Burke it's the host and in case you didn't know she has 4 kids and still has time to exercise. Below check out the video.
