Martial Fusion Workout


  Recently my local gym (24 Hour Fitness) added this new workout to their schedule called "Martial Fusion". It was created by Sensei Guillermo Gomez. This workout consist of a combination of Martial arts, Yoga and Dance. Martial Fusion has been designed to develop your body, mind and spirit through an inspiring and energetic experience that will lead you to complete and total health.


Here are some of the benefits:


- Reduces body fat
- Improves circulation
- Helps control blood pressure
- Relieves stress
- Increases speed and range of motion


I've been taking this class and I recommend it 100%. If you're going to take this class for the first time prepare to sweat, to do a lot of squats and to be all sore the next day, but it's all worth it. If you're the type of person who gets bored easily, with this class that won't happen.
